    I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher with over eight years of experience across both boutique studios and big-box gyms. I specialize in one-on-one strength training, mobility, mindful movement, and injury prevention. I’ve led large-group fitness events and small-group training, but my true passion is 1:1 work, where I can dive deep into movement patterns and uncover individual strengths and opportunities for growth.
